When you order from a Course Provider that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party Course Provider), your return will be sent back to the Course Provider instead of Courses.Ninja. While most Course Providers offer a returns policy equivalent to Courses.Ninja 's, some Course Provider return policies may vary. After you select your order in the Site, you can view the Course Provider's return policy. Third party Course Providers must provide a free return address within India. If a Course Provider does not provide a free return shipping to an Indian address, you may file a claim to seek help with your return. Making adjustments or cancelling your order before it has shipped you need a change made to your order you should contact the Course Provider as soon as possible after placing the order to try and have them adjust or cancel it before the order has shipped. Usually there is at least a 12 hour window after the order is placed to try and adjust some items, ask to combine shipping costs from multiple orders to the same Course Provider or to cancel your order in its entirety. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reach the Course Provider before the order has shipped.
If you would like to return any sealed course material after receiving it, for any reason, simply contact the Course Provider within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the course material in the same condition it was sent, and they will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on the Course Provider’s part, the Course Provider is responsible for sending the Attendee a pre-paid, track-able parcel to return the course material in. However, if an item was sent to you sealed and you opened the item, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Once the Course Provider receives the returned course material (in the same condition it was sent) they will either exchange the item(s) or provide a refund depending on your preference. All orders are checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have accidentally received item(s) that you did not order or items you ordered are missing, simply contact the Course Provider within 48 hours of receipt. It is the Course Provider’s responsibility to supply the Attendee with a pre-paid method of return for the course material or to reship any missing items. Once the Course Provider receives the returned course material, in the same condition it was sent, they will issue you a refund.
